Our 5v5 program was developed by Sports and Exercise Scientists from the University of Technology Sydney, to ensure we are providing the best possible program for children.

Have your child become more active, confident and better skilled, the ULTIMATE package.

Our junior basketball competition night is designed to build your child's game skills to prepare for a local club or just to improve their skills and fitness. It is also a fantastic way to get active and burn energy, as playing full court games is intense! Our coaches will help teach your child all the basketball rules so that they are prepared to play in a proper competition. They will also learn other important components such as decision making, positioning and how to become a good team-mate. View this program as a bridge before joining a real competition, where there is much more pressure.

Safe and secure: All classes are held indoors and all coaches have valid working with children checks and qualifications

Inclusion into a team sport will build important skills such as sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership that individual sports can’t focus on.
