Fitness and Conditioning
Full court basketball games are intense and will help improve your child’s physical fitness so they can play for longer without fatigue
We select team captains to reward children for displaying role model attributes
Our weekly basketball games will improve your child’s decision making skills.
Studies show that physical activity help's to increase energy levels and focus throughout the day
Dribbling with speed and changing direction in a game requires high amounts of coordination
Developing new skills and making new friends will improve improve confidence both on and off the court
