Our 5v5 competition night is designed to build your child's game skills so they can join a local club or just to improve their skills and fitness. It is also a fantastic way to get active and burn energy, as playing full court games are intense! Our coaches are EXPERTS in making sure children of all skill levels are included in the team and are developing their game skills along the way. We know that every child learns differently and is at a different developmental stage which is why we divide children into separate teams in accordance to their current skill level, so that they are competing with children with similar skill level.
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT MY CHILD?
Fantastic opportunity to improve physical fitness while also improving basketball game skills at the same time
Safe and Secure: All classes are held indoors and all coaches have valid working with children checks and qualifications
Inclusion into a team sport and being part of a team will build important life skills such as sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership that individual sports can’t form
We will develop skills that will help your child compete in proper competitions such as local or representative level.
Fantastic opportunity to develop your child’s leadership skills as they learn to communicate with team mates their age.
We give prizes at the end of each night to encourage children to put in the best effort they can for the 1 hour

Full court basketball games are intense and will help improve your child’s physical fitness so they can play for longer without fatigue
We select team captains at the end of each session to reward children for displaying role model attributes
Games will improve your child’s decision making skills for example when to pass or when to dribble and score
Studies show that physical activity help increase energy levels and focus for the entire day.
Dribbling practice improves hand-eye coordination of both dominant and non-dominate hand
As your child’s skills develop and they become apart of a team, their confidence will increase both on the court and off.
