Every Saturday morning, Little Boomers Basketball runs a live zoom basketball and fitness class with no hoop required, for kids ages 4-12! (all skill levels, including beginners) Each live class contains:
Fun Basketball & Fitness Drills
Each week we cover new basketball skills that are easy and fun to learn. All you need is a basketball!
Full of Energy!
We know the difficulties of online learning. Which is why our coaches make every live class fun, stimulating and interactive so that it's easy for kids to follow along.
A child's routine is very important. With home schooling, this can be difficult to maintain. Get your child's routine back, by having them join us every Saturday.
Each live class has three of our qualified basketball coaches who have 5+ years coaching kids basketball.
Every live class has a set session plan creating structure and efficiency for the full 45 minutes, so there is no time wasted.
We're only accepting 50 children, we have 10 spots left. Unsure how your child will go? You can pay for only 1 class!
Sit Back and Relax!
Enjoy a peaceful one hour to yourself while our coaches virtually take in charge of the class.
Private Facebook Group
You will receive membership to our exclusive private Facebook group where we are posting basketball drills for kids, parenting tips and coaching feedback for those struggling with certain skills.
Full Body Development
We don't just focus on basketball skill development. We also incorporate flexibility and muscle strengthening into each live class!
Fun Basketball Homework
To keep your child stimulated throughout the week, they will have daily basketball activities and drills to do, to keep them off the screens and their skills sharp!
Don't let lockdown reduce your child's physical development during their crucial years. Start ZOOMING and BOOMING with us every Saturday!
And It’s Growing Each Week!
Saturday morning is now becoming the highlight of their week of many children. Being able to learn basketball skills, talk and interact with other children and coaches is what kids miss most. With minimal equipment required (only a basketball and three markers) join our 80+ Little Ballers each week and become a part of our Zoom community we’re building!
Each 45 minute live session (on Zoom) contains:
- Warm-up game
- Skill 1 (basketball related skill e.g. dribbling)
- Skill 2 (Another basketball skill combined with a fitness element)
Your child will also receive basketball homework (fun, and in the form of drills) to do during the weekday, to keep them stimulated and off the screens throughout the week.
What are Other Parents Saying?
Just have a read for yourself!
We started our live zoom basketball classes only for our members a couple of weeks ago, and the feedback from parents has been amazing! The skills were fun, and our coaches made the 45 minutes interactive for all the children. They also finish the class exhausted, meaning they had a good workout!
If you’re unsure how your child will go, you can book and pay for 1 class and see how they go!
Meet your Online Basketball Coach who will be motivating your child every Saturday – COACH EMILE!
Emile Koorey is the founder of Little Boomers Basketball – Australia’s most popular children’s basketball program. He also played basketball overseas in America and has been coaching children’s basketball for over 8 years.
Because of the challenging times with COVID-19, Emile and his team are running online kids basketball training lessons to keep children stimulated during lockdown. We understand the difficulties of kids lacking motivation with online learning, which is why we have created the most interactive learning experience in real time.
Receive Access To Our Exclusive Boomers Community
When you sign-up your child to our ZOOMING and BOOMING basketball classes, you will also receive exclusive access to our private Facebook group, containing parents like yourself.
In this private Facebook group, our coaches are regularly posting fun basketball drills and activities that your child can do at home during lockdown, to keep them stimulated and physically active. We also post parenting tips that you might find useful, and our coaches offer feedback to any child who may be struggling with a certain skill or lacking motivation.
We also give the kids basketball homework (fun homework) to do regularly, for example, perform 50 dribbles each day, that’s going to keep them learning and loving basketball.
