Rollover Membership System Policy: (RMS)
- For select locations (Riverwood and Bankstown) Little Boomers Basketball will operate a rollover membership system using Stripe. By agreeing, you give Little Boomers Basketball authorisation to debit your card periodically on a set date for next term’s enrolment. Our team will notify you via SMS before your card is debited to allow sufficient time to modify or cancel your membership with us if required. Please note that once the payment has been processed, we can not authorise refunds.
- You will receive one SMS and one email notification 5 days before the next billing date. During this time, you can:
- Do nothing, and your membership will automatically be rolled over to the next term
- Transfer to a different class (based on availability)
- Cancel your membership and a Head Coach will call you first to approve
- Apply an Active Kids voucher before your next billing payment (you must apply the voucher BEFORE the billing date to get the discount)
- If your payment fails when we attempt to bill your card, you will receive an SMS and email to rectify the issue. Stripe will attempt to debit your card again within 24 hours. If you wish to update or use a different card, you will be able to do this after 24 hours. Alternatively, you can contact your Head Coach to apply a new card to your subscription. If payment is not completed within 48 hours after the billing date, your membership and spot with Little Boomers Basketball will be forfeited.
